Mr Dunbar visits

Last updated 16 November 2012, 11:57 AM

Miss Dunbar's dad and brother visited our classroom today and told us about little Japanese trees called Bonsai and about learning Karate. Mark told us that his uniform is called a 'gi' and he is a black belt. Mr Dunbar told us that the trees he brought in are 30 yrs old and they wont get any bigger.

Here are some photos

Hi Limies, Thank you for having me in your classroom on Friday. I hope you liked my bonsais. I really enjoyed the songs you sang in Japanese. Have a great day. Mr Dunbar

How lucky are you little Limies having Mr. Dunbar and Mark come to visit you. I think they are both very clever, dont you? I had a nice time at reading this morning, keep up the good work. Love Grandma

I'm sorry I missed out on seeing the bonsai. I like them. It's funny to see 'big' trees as 'little' trees. The maple leaf one is my favourite. Thankyou Mr Dunbar and Mark for sharing your talents with the Limies. MrsH
