Camp Update Wednesday Morning

Last updated 24 November 2010, 09:06 AM

Mrs Colquhoun called this morning and is happy to report all children were in bed asleep by 10.00pm last night. She said our children 'shone' at the disco last night (thanks Mrs Plumridge). Most children had to be woken this morning and they have another busy day ahead including sailing and the ropes course. Tonight's activity is the talent quest. A special thanks also to our parents Mr Walker and Mr Stapleton who have left their families behind to assist the teachers on this year's camp.

Oh, so Mrs Potter must be doing a solo?. Sounds like the kids are busy and having a lot of fun, thanks to the teachers and parent helpers.

Hi, just found out from Mrs Colquhoun that Mrs Potter is performing with them, she just doesn't know it yet!!

Yes, the act was so good it made Mrs Potter's heart skip a beat - even though she was the main star of the act. The Helensburgh kids gave the act 10/10, but in perspective, all Helensburgh acts were given a 10/10 by the Helensburgh kids. In fact, when Michael swamped his boat and fell off the ropes course, they too were given 10/10.

The best act of the talent quest was our silhouette thing behind a sheet but we didn't win!!! :(

That's a shame Gracie. I heard there was tough competition from the dads and teachers!!
