Control and order stock
When you have completed this unit of competency you will have developed the knowledge and skills to monitor stock levels and maintain stock re-order cycles, maintain stock storage and movement records, organise stocktakes and record accurate stock data, identify, record and report stock losses, process stock orders, and maintain stock ordering and recording systems, to control and order stock, in accordance with industry standards, statutory requirements, safety codes, site operating requirements, and workplace procedures.
On completion, you will be able to perform the following elements which make up the essential outcomes of this unit of competency:
